BMFcast526 – Fortress 2 Re-Entry – Stanley Fortress Twochi

Fortress 2: Re-Entry (2000) is an unnecessary sequel to the rather terrific 1992 film. Not that a sequel is a bad idea or anything, but if you’re not going to go bigger and better then what are you even doing? Anyway, the Men-Tel Corporation (run by Pam Grier) captures Christopher Lambert again and sends him to space jail.

BMFcast525 – Raiders of Atlantis – Laser Rub and Tug

Raiders of Atlantis (1983) is another baffling Italian action film that involves a glam motorcycle gang that may or may not be from Atlantis menacing a group of survivors from a disaster caused by Atlantis. We are all very confused by this thing.

BMFcast524 – The Stuff – Human Resources Puff and Stuff

The Stuff (1985) is an actual example of a cult classic. In it, Michael Moriarty and friends have to stop a delicious dessert product that bubbles up from under ground. The whole world is addicted to it and since no one likes to be told what to do, especially for their own health… can it be stopped?

BMFcast Spoilcast 009 – Dune

Dune (2021) is out and is available on HBO Max! Two mild Dune enthusiasts are here to talk through all things Dune. Write in and let us know all the Dune things we got wrong!

BMFcast523 – Shark Night 3D – Shark Day For Night

Shark Night 3D (2011) wasn’t screened in 3D but you can still tell it was in 3D so that’s fun. As for the rest of it… ehhh… there’s a plot twist that takes this in a direction none of us were expecting. What starts as the simple tale of college kids being eaten by a shark living in a Louisiana lake ends up in a wildly different place, and our opinions vary wildly as well.

BMFcast522 – The Bees – 1001 Bee Puns

The Bees (1978) is a bee-tier creature feature that sees John Saxon and John Carradine having to contend with a deadly invasion of killer bees. It’s a strategic invasion, as the bees pick and choose their battles. The film also features at least two US Presidents. It’s a nightmare.

BMFcast Extra 187 – Moonshine County Express

Moonshine Country Express (1977) is how we said farewell to actor John Saxon, someone who appears to be much smarter and way more suave than his character in this allows. It’s a watchable yet highly insignificant film that you can enjoy hearing us discuss.

BMFcast521 – Dimension 5 – Bill Sty The Science Guy

Dimension 5 (1966) is a James Bond wannabe about secret agent Justin Power (Jeffrey Hunter), his much more capable sidekick, time travel, and a plot to blow up Los Angeles on Christmas Day. Sounds exciting, right? Noooooooooope.

BMFcast520 – Bikini Summer – The T&A DA

Bikini Summer (1991) is a harmless T&A comedy which one BMFcaster describes as “The Citizen Kane of movies with the word ‘bikini’ in the title”. The other three don’t much care to describe it at all. Also, BJ announces his exciting new Patreon show!

BMFcast519 – Redemption – White Tara, Heroine

Redemption (2002) features a bunch of our favorite direct to video action stars (Don “The Dragon” Wilson, Cynthia Rothrock, etc.) not doing any of the things anyone want them to do. This is a cop drama about a good cop gone sorta bad but then there’s a… redemption. Things that actually would have redeemed the film never happen.
