Speaks is the campaign manager(!) for The Shat, an politician with a militia and a secret network at his disposal. However, it’s another PM Entertainment joint, with the appropriate number of launched cars and painfully dispatched stuntmen. Is this all-too-relevant tale of political corruption Jox-worthy?
