BMFcast 598 – Bloodfist V: Human Target – Farewell, Steve
Bloodfist V: Human Target (1994) bids a fond farewell to Steve James, in his final feature film role. Don “The Dragon” Wilson is an amnesiac gunshot wound victim who everyone wants a piece of, on both sides of the law. Who was he working for? Why did he get shot? All will be answered, sort of, in one of those twisty, turns plots that could only come out of the ’90s. Did we follow along closely enough to grant it Jox?

Double-crossing captains, wild card prisoners and, well, the Vietnam War all complicate matters. Will this Cannon joint deliver?

BMFcast 571 – I’m Gonna Git You Sucka – Blaxploitation-ploitation
I’m Gonna Git You Sucka (1988) is Keenen Ivory Wayans’ ode to blaxploitation, and a fitting way to end this year’s Blaxploitation History Month. It’s packed with jokes, as well as BMFcast alums, with Jim Brown, Bernie Casey, Isaac Hayes and even Steve James making appearances. Do the jokes hit as hard as our favorite heroes? Only one way to find out if we’ve found gold or OG’d on chains.

BMFcast426 – The Soldier – Klaus Can’t Ski
The Soldier (1982) is the movie we saw clips of during our viewing of Shakedown. As it turns out, clips are the best way to enjoy The Solider, because most of it is boring as hell. However, it does feature the 10th appearance of Steve James on the show, and that’s always a good thing.
In the second half we’ve got Maki checking out Oceans 8 (2018) and Harlo giving I, Tonya (2017) a whirl. Enjoy!

Avenging Force (1986) is how we avenge force movies after last week. Michael Dudikoff takes over Chuck Norris’ character role in this sort of sequel to Invasion U.S.A. Basically it’s more like American Ninja 1.5.
