Warhead (1996) is the story of a militia, led by Joe Lara (of Hologram Man fame), that takes over a nuclear missile silo and holds the US hostage unless the president resigns. Frank Zagarino (of Project Shadowchaser fame) is the man who can stop him. Can a lot of scenery chewing and incoherent action earn this one some Jox?
