BMFcast140 – Daaaaah

Max Magician and the Legend of the Rings (2002) is reviewed this week. It’s a kids’ movie that rips off all other kids’ movies ever made but it happens to have Dagda, one of our favorite villains of all time.

Second half we continue the Bond Marathon with For Your Eyes Only. Plus talk about the Bourne series including The Bourne Legacy. Enjoy!

BMFcast139 – Christophe Lambert’s Quaaludes

Gunmen (1993) is a buddy action movie starring Christophe Lambert and Mario Van Peebles. Lambert is a treat to behold as he takes his character to the lofty position of a Nicholas Cage or Ray Liotta level of crazy.

Second half we talk The Expendables 2 and continue Bond Marathon with Moonraker. Plus The Campaign, The Grey and Cloverfield. Enjoy!

BMFcast138 – Tub Girls

Hell Squad (1986) is about a group of Las Vegas showgirls who become highly trained *cough* mercenaries hired to rescue the kidnapped son of an American ambassador. This, of course, means getting naked and sharing a bath tub. Also some killing and tigers.

Second half we continue Bond Marathon with The Spy Who Loved Me. Plus we talk God Bless America, The Raid: Redemption, Another Earth and more. Enjoy!

Street Urchins ASSEMBLE!

Due to recent economic events, we find ourselves at a crossroads… wait no that’s not it at all. Look, we the good people of BMFcast are hoping that you, the even better people of the Internet, will help us out from time to time. Our first goal is helping both Chuck and Harlo attend DragonCon in Atlanta this year so that they may meet some of you crazy kids and come back with tales of nerddom for all. Also it is coming time for hosting bills and a lot of other whiny Sally Struthers hungry kids guilt trip stuff. Look, don’t you want a chance to meet this guy?

So if you can find it in your hearts to help, no matter the amount, click the donate button over to the right. We assure you it will always go directly to bringing more to the BMFcast in some way or another. The children are our future but they’re young so they’ve got plenty of time.

BMFcast137 – Nigel Philcollinsworth

Sex and Fury (1973) is watched this week, occasionally against our will. We try our best to go to our happy place but this infamous standout in the Pinky Violence sub-genre doesn’t understand the meaning of the word “no.”

Second half we talk a lot of movies including The Man With the Golden Gun to continue our Bond marathon. Plus Safety Not Guaranteed, The Three StoogesIn TimeScream 4Total Recall (1990), the Lethal Weapon series and more. THAT’S A LOT OF MOVIES! Enjoy.

BMFcast136 – Mark Dacascos’ Goofy Smile

Drive (1997) is reviewed this week. No, it’s not the one with Ryan Gosling, but the one with Marc Dacascos, Kadeem Hardison and Brittany Murphy. There’s lots more ass kicking and a lot more talking, but strangely a lot less driving.

Second half we continue the Bond Marathon with Live and Let Die talk, take a few listener emails, and discuss lots and lots of sequels. Enjoy!
