BMFcast352 – The Lost Empire – Laservoir Tip
The Lost Empire (1985) is the debut movie of Jim Wynorski. A team of martial arts knowin’ women enter an underground tournament on a secret island in order to locate a jewel that will be used to power a doomsday device. Or something? We expected lots of jokes and nudity, which we got. Was it enough?
Second half is a random grab bag of movies with The Accountant (2016), O Brother, Where Art Thou? (2000), and Mary Shelley’s Frankenstein (1994). Harlo also discusses the documentary Lucha Mexico (2016) before we take some listener e-mails. Enjoy!
